1. Plan

First we complete a Health-check and Audit on your Domino Infrastructure and Notes Applications to build a profile of areas that need attention prior to upgrade. 360 Lotus Notes Analyser is used to make recommendations on consolidation of Servers, Applications and eMail as well as optimise your IBM Passport Advantage licence arrangements. A review of training needs and Training Plan for Admin, Developers and Users is produced. 2. Test
