1. Paper Form Analysis
We review the most important forms with the Business that have the greatest impact and map out the processes that are to be implemented. These tend to be more complex because they have a greater business Impact and so require detailed inspection. They also drive out the greatest benefit.

Process Maps are created and Form design completed.

2. System Configuration + Form Set Up
Where possible we set the system up to run on your existing Lotus Domino server hardware and Lotus Notes clients. There are also options for Hosting the 360 eForms application.

The eForms templates identified in the Form Analysis are loaded into the system and workflow configured.

3. Training
Training is given to Business Administrators to enable them to handle day to day administration tasks and support users of the system should they have any questions.

4. New eForms Bureau Service
Where New Forms are required following implementation, we offer a Bureau Service to complete the Analysis and Form set up. This can also be used to make amendments to existing Forms.
