On the 3rd of September 2009 in IBM Edinburgh and 8th September 2009 in IBM South Bank, IBM invited customers to a discussion session where they introduced some of the latest enabling technology solutions in this area, such as IBM Sametime Unified Telephony.
There was also an opportunity to discover some of the adopters of these technologies, hear about their experiences, and discuss some of your own key issues and the methods that you have found valuable.
