IBM announced Lotus Notes Traveler Companion beta, is available on the Apple iPhone App Store at no charge to iPhone users. Traveler Companion allows iPhone users to have email pushed to the iPhone and read encrypted Lotus Notes Mail.

BlackBerry-maker RIM today will launch two new enterprise collaboration apps for IBM Lotus users with BlackBerry smartphones: Lotus Quickr, which provides a variety of unique, "team-based" collaboration features; and a upgraded and expanded version of the Lotus Connections social-networking BlackBerry app.

Symphony 3.0 and Project Concord
